This orthodontic software was designed to work with any clinical digital camera. This makes it user-friendly and affordable too. Scientifically formulated reference targets were incorporated into the built-in color correction and shade mapping technologies. This helps users avoid inconsistent shade tabs.

Moreover, approved as HIPAA compliant, ShadeWave’s cloud-based software allows dental practices to communicate with labs in real-time. They can also access data from anywhere to ensure prompt and accurate restorations. This software simplifies the process for everyone: from practitioners and patients to lab teams and ceramists.

The platform provided fully digital and analytical solutions to streamline business processes. The Universal KYC Solution reviewed, fully documented and analyzed KYC data for legal entities and complex structures in an inherently efficient reusable digital master record format.

Scopic’s Training System is designed to monitor the progress of training assignments and provide tools for managing training budgets.

The Training Library is one of the components of the Scopic’s Training System. It is the area where users can find information about the offered courses and pick the ones they are most interested in.

The training itself is conducted via two study types: Training and Practical Task.
The Training study type is suitable for employees looking to acquire new skills about a particular technology. Once the training coordinator grants access to the learning resources, the trainee starts with the course. Trainees provide progress reports that are synced with the time tracking system, making it simple for the coordinator to monitor the training budget.

The Practical Task study type is designed to create a cohesive flow of actions between the trainee, the training coordinator, and the trainer. This study type is used when the trainee is working on a practical task after completing the training. The Practical Task displays the following information: progress achieved, assignment details, improvements requested, trainer’s feedback, EOD history, and the final score from the trainer.

The employees also have an option of following a Training Path. The Training Path is a consecutive chain of study assignments that allows the employees to develop a full set of skills in a particular domain. The Training Path is multipurpose, adapted to specific training needs, and different seniority levels.

The Resource Management Tool (RMT) is an internal application used by Scopic’s Operations team. This tool manages personnel training assignments and consolidates the information the company has on the employee’s skills, interests, training, assignments, etc. In addition, the tool provides special APIs which the company consumes within other applications (such as Klipfolio) to gather and analyze department-relevant information. Integrated with the company’s extensive network of internal tools, RMT is synchronized with many of the other tools such as Scopic Time System, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Teamwork.

The Scopic Time System (STS) is an internal tool built to facilitate HR and Finance operations. Employees can log their hours, document task progress and report idleness using this application. It also allows project managers to review and approve the time logs which have been submitted by their team members.

Once approved, Scopic’s HR team utilizes STS’ time log data for auditing, billing, and reporting. Using Javascript, MySQL and other technologies, our team of expert web developers brought this full-service HR ecosystem to life. Since creating this platform, it is used daily by all employees, allowing various departments to seamlessly coordinate the reporting, approval, payroll and invoicing of employees’ billable hours.

Scopic designed a user-friendly web-based tool that helps app developers verify their packages before sending them to Apple Store, Google Play or Netflix. Through 2 user-friendly steps, users are able to create the online package and then click “Verify” to finalize the action. It also features a Chrome extension that enables an interface similar to desktop apps.

Scopic put its web design and development services to use and created the web framework of Media Studio. Our coders also created the action script of the app while using technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and NoSQL.

We then continued working with Media Studio to create a smooth interface for the web app and make sure both the clients and creators enjoyed working together through the app.
